The Terraces of ABAMA

The Terraces of Abama have been designed for you to experience one of the few luxuries still hard to come by – true exclusivity. We have taken care of the smallest detail to make your ownership an unforgettable experience. Each one of the Terraces has a unique architectural conception, design and layout and is divided into eight apartments and two penthouses, all with spacious terraces and their own shared garden. On the ground floor there are four apartments with private garden; on the first floor two two-storey penthouses and two apartments; on the second floor two ‘Mirador’ apartments with an impressive panoramic view of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean.

The Apartments have either two or three bedrooms, with garage space and storage room. The penthouses occupy two floors: the living/dining room, the kitchen, two bedrooms and their bathrooms are on the first floor, while the master bedroom and its bathroom/dressing-room are on the second. Each floor has its own spacious terrace with impressive panoramic view. The terrace on the upper floor has a barbecue and a hydromassage jacuzzi. The lounges of apartments and penthouses have been designed as an open space linking terrace and kitchen, making it the central space of your new home. The lounges combine serveral areas: living, reading, music, TV with all the channels available and high-speed internet access. While the kitchens are intended to fulfill two roles: kitchen and bar.
